Her experience covers all aspects of UK immigration law, British nationality law, EEA free movement rights and the European Convention on Human Rights. She has worked with a range of nationalities and vulnerable clients. Nowsheen Farhan has provided advice and representation in complex matters.She also has experience in dealing with divorce (simplified actions and undefended ordinary actions) and children’s hearings.Nowsheen also has experience in representing clients at the Immigration & Asylum Tribunal in respect of appeal hearings and has also appeared in the Sheriff Court and in Children’s Hearings in respect of family matters.
